HILARIUS (Ilario Ipprio) was born one morning in late summer on August 29, 1995 in Manerbio, and he lives in Brescia.
At the age of 5, he realizes his first drawings expressing his creativity and always he asks to his parents coloured pens, watercolours, oil tempera and acrylic colors.
With his parents, the artist, as a child, knows the world and through the journeys made in North Africa, Red Sea, Caribbean, Spain and Greece, he tells, with the canvas and the colors, his emotions and moods. He likes strong and intense colors like the ones in the sun.
He hates the rules, he wants to do his own way, his notebooks are crammy with sketches and drawings so immediately his teachers understand his true vocation: the world of creativity and the painting.
At the age of 11 he takes his beloved sport discipline: skateboarding. It goes along with the painting, so much so that the artist will often travel, in summer, to Barcelona and Berlin, where the skateboard is very practiced.
Returned from the Spanish holiday, he realizes a limited series of t-shirts, sweatshirts and skateboards.
After the middle school, the artist attends the high school sports, the painting, always, follows him like a shadow.
The father wants him dentist but his strong and inflexible attitude leads him to undertake an illustrator course at the International School of Comics in Brescia.
The artist works hard to learn, grow, form and refine those pictorial techniques that will lead him to be an illustrator.
Immediately the artist turns the illustration into paintings on canvas, which are always larger and more colourful to express artistic visions, he paints especially at night, where he tells on the canvas and with color his moods and emotions.
In 2016, the artist is selected, from Galleria Seno in Milan (Quadrilatero of Brera), to participate in the exhibition-artistic competition “Skateboards Confluence”, it is a collective exhibition that gravitates around the world of skateboarding and where for the first time, at national level, about forty artists “insider” of Skatebording have exhibited their works alongside those of another hundred young emerging in competition. The skate board was the object used by the artists to represent their emotions, proving that behind this means lies a true philosophy of life.
In September 2018, the artist was invited to participate, in the competition “ARTE IN VIGNA IN the HEART OF FRANCIACORTA”. In one day the vineyard “Cantina Bellavista” has been transformed into a living picture.
Hila, as friends call him , always throws headlong where there is a color! In Berlin he is influenced by some writers and so he begins another creative phase of his artistic path that of “graffiti”.
He is currently participating in various tenders and art competitions for young artists under 35, very important at national level:
